Thread to post your client problems/issues.
Summary of problems reported and their status/fix:

1.) Send Error (12037)
Cause : Wrong date settings in the PC
Solution : Just adjust the Date settings of your computer to the current date.. Maybe your date settings are not updated..
To adjust your computers date settings just go to the lower right tab of your computer then right click the time shown and select "Adjust Date/Time"

2.) Connection Interrupted
Alternative Solutions:
Korenai’s Alternative Solution: Use proxy server
*this method may cause you to lag but you can connect to the game 100%

3.) Xtrap update stops
Possible Solution: Try to remove the "XTrap" folder in your wow client folder, then try loading the game.  Reinstall Launcher.

4.) PC restarts when you try to load the game
Cause: Outdated Service Pack 3
Solution: Update Service Pack 3

5.) Run Game.exe

6.) Unavailable renew version information
Causes: The file data evp cannot be re-installed.  Memory version update error.  File version update error.
Solution:  Reinstall the game client.

7.) Launcher Patch: Error Filesizemismatch

8.) The client is detected to have Virus
No.  The client does not have a virus. (provided you got the client from GameClub)  Just turn off your anti-virus or set the client to be allowed by the anti-virus.  

9.) data1.cab.part - cannot read file try again later
Cause: Corrupted file/installer
Solution: Reinstall using a different installer.

10.) failed to plug in registration (126)
Cause: Failed to plug in module
Solution:  Reinstall game launcher.
Do the following to reinstall the game launcher
1)   Locate the “gameclub launcher” folder in the program files folder. (default location)
2)   Delete the “gameclub launcher” folder  after locating it
3)   Run the game client to redownload the game launcher

11.) Extract: Error writing to file data.evp
Causes: The file data evp cannot be re-installed.
Solution: Try to reinstall in a different folder or a different installer

12.) Failed to Global.cki download
Causes: Internet connection loss
Solution: Check internet connection

13.) Client.exe Error
Causes: This happens when your PC has a virus
Solution: Update your anti-virus if problem still persists you have to reinstall your OS

14.) Service Error 12045
Causes: Windows Service Pack is not updated
Solution: You may download the Windows Service Pack by clicking the link below once.


15.) cki read failed (999999)
Causes: Damaged cki file, cki file does not exist
Solution: Reinstall launcher
Do the following to reinstall the game launcher
1)   Locate the “gameclub launcher” folder in the program files folder. (default location)
2)   Delete the “gameclub launcher” folder  after locating it
3)   Run the game client to redownload the game launcher

16.) Game automatically closes after logging in to the game launcher

 Causes:  Trojan Remover, Reg Cure and CCleaner blocks the game from launching
Solution: Remove all the programs installed then try to defrag your computer and scan for remaining virus.  Update your Service Pack 3 and reinstall the game client.

--Ok. I hope the restart will fix the problem. bat hindi tonight bukas pa? Many eager players cant wait to play the game.

And another thing gms & admins:

--I hope you guys extend the XP bonuses, Discounted Items, and yung first day promos nyo like
the gold rush and others. Kasi unfair sa amin na nag antay buong day kahapon tapos hindi ninyo naayos.
Sana magkaron kame ng chance sa mga Events/Prizes/Giveaways na binigay nyo yesterday.

gms im here in ksa and i downloaded the client by 4 parts and extracted them all in 1 folder,then when i run the launcher it says that unavailable renew version information,i want to play this game here in saudi,  im a player  also of SF my ign is [MGODz]Peta^.  pls help me... more power  GC.ph

hello po.. im new here. just donwloaded he game.. i have a problem.. when i open launcher, its patches a little then this comes out " unable to renew version information"? i need help.. thanks so much
