Hello po GM ako po toh yung sa isang account na nag request din po ng change info kaso pinaalala po sakin nung zykOtiC owner na nareklamo pala yun kasi ginamit ng pilot ko kaya po nagpatulong ako gumawa ng bagong request sa inyo. Meron na po akong Scan ng nso ko if need nyo na po kasi yun daw yung need para ma secure yung account ko. nanghingi na rin po ako ng request sa zendesk pero need ko daw po ng help nyo bago nila ako ma assist kaya po sana matulungan nyo po agad ako. Eto po pala yung sabi sakin sa zendesk. Matagal na po sya pero ngayon ko lang po ulit kasi naasikaso kasi busy po ako sa palevel.
