Getting a hard time to follow up your ticket? and your turning into  ''Beast Mode''??

wait before you become a fully angry beast read this facts first !!

1. '' Wala man lang reply sa ticket ko! ang tagal tagal na! ''


A.Let us remind you that GameClub Support Team handles all GC games this includes ( Cf,Just Roll It,Wow,LoveBeat) which means they handle all of the accounts.  
B. Your not the only one who has a ticket here! keep that In mind!
C. Our Support Team follows the '' First Come First Served Policy '' So wait for your turn.

2. '' Complete Documents,Proofs,IDs etc wala pa rin new password ko! ''


A. Kindly refer again to 1. for the reminders,
B. if your already submitted all the requirements given by the support team kindly follow up your ticket and leave a note that you already completed the requirements and your just waiting for the new password.

3. '' Kanino Ako mag pa Follow up! ''


Option 1. Game Masters you can PM and request a follow up to a GM that handles ticket follow ups, also don't forget to check the Helpdesk section of the the boards so you can see who is right GM to pm.
Option 2. Forum Moderators you can PM  and request a follow up to a FM that handles ticket follow up.  
Options 3. Direct follow ups to [FM]Whyne Yraavi [FM]Josiah [GM]Grey]
NOTE: 1. don't spam their pm box so they can see also others follow up, or else they might ignore your pm.
         2.  Again first come first served policy.
4. '' Nag follow up na ko wala pa rin reply!! ''/  '' Kumpleto na requirements at nag follow up na ko ''
A. Again just because you already follow up your ticket and completed the needed documents doesn't mean your ticket will be entertain first.
strictly first come first first served policy to follow.

5. '' Nag post pa ko sa forums wala naman nag rereply sa thread ko! at sa pm ko for a follow up! ''

A. Sorry for inconvenience, Gameclub staff has tons of task to do each day, so kindly bear with them when they cannot address your concern immediately.
B. That's why GC also have a forums moderators to directly address any concerns,inquiries,complaints so no need to worry  Smiley we will informed them your concern if needed.        

6. '' Nag pm na ko sa fm's wala pa din reply sa concern ko''


1. Just like Game Masters We fms also have a direct task to do in our community here in forums.
( Monitoring the Boards, Members, Threads etc. ) so please wait for us to response to your pm.

 Sometimes the gms/fms is not online for a while due to its personal life reasons, like hey we're humans just like you we need a break too!  laugh

 7. Special Holiday for the Staff meaning '' no office hours ''

Like all saints day,Christmas holiday etc. GMs will inform the players regarding this to their Fanpage and here in forums.

8. '' Wala akong ticket number paano mag retrieve ? ''

Ans: Read this guide

9. '' ayaw ih retrieved ng support ang character ko kasi daw scam case'' OR '' buy / sell ''

Ans: GameClub support team doesn't support this kind of cases so don't expect to much that you will get your account.

10. '' ako ang new owner ng account my proof ako para ma change info '' Or '' to retrieve the account ''

Ans: Again read #9. but for some cases as long as you have what we all called '' Deed of Sale '' there might be a chance to retrieve the account. or to change the info.
