GameClub Support is now online!

What is GameClub Suppport? GameClub Support is a centralized Support center for all GameClub games such as CrossFire, Weapons of War, iDATE, and other GameClub products and services.

You may send an email to for the following issues:

1. Account Retrieval (lost password, hacked account, etc.)
2. Technical Issues (all GameClub games)
3. Top Up / e-PIN inquiries and concerns
4. Player Suggestions/Feedbacks/Complaints
5. i-Cafe Inquiries (concerns for Sales and Distribution Team)
