[REMINDERS] To all who will ask for help

Things that you need to know when asking for help to the GMs..

GM Schedule:
·  GMs are only available From Monday-Friday at 8AM-6pm only!!
·  No GMs are available (if there’s any, its too Rare) during Saturdays and Sundays. GM’s have their day offs too..

Correct Report Format:
·  Titles should be in this Format: [Server Name] <Your Character Name> - <Case>
Ex. [Seven Stars] MaruMaru – Forgot Password
In this format, GMs will be able to have an idea what the report is all about.
·  On the Body of the post, you must indicate the time, characters involve, screenshots and your story. If you already send a report to support@gameclub.ph, please indicate the ticket number as well.
·  Be polite and calm, They’re (GMs) our friends so no need to say bad words and in this manner, you might be prioritized by them (just a theory)

Follow ups
·  Do some Follow up as much as possible but limit it to 3x a day, there are a lot of players who are complaining everyday. In this case, your post will go up to the first one.
·  Be patient and wait for your turn. Again please control your temper. All GMs can restore all your items (if those items have been proven yours.) Always remember, the game has logs (chat logs, transaction logs [trade, auction, inventory items, etc.] and login and out of an acct. even the IP address on where you logged in)

I hope this simple guide will help the players as well as the GMs. Please be careful so we can prevent this to happen.
