Here are some Big Time Playtime FAQs.

Q: I have 3 characters in my account and each character has 30 days cumulative game time. Will I be able to receive 3 upgrades on my item?
A: Yes you can claim 3 upgrades on your item. Be sure to post on the designated thread so the Gm Team will be able to check your post.

Q: My cumulative game time is 150 days and I want to claim my prize for 30 days. Will I be able to get 5 upgrades on my item?
A: Yes you can get 5 upgrades on your item just post on the official thread for 30 days cumulative play time.

Q: My cumulative game time is 150 days and I have claimed my prize for 30 days playtime. Can I use my 5 free upgrade for my 5 items?
A: Yes you can upgrade your 5 items. Make sure you've posted the items to be upgraded on the designated thread. Example format:

Character Name: Kirsch
Items to be upgraded: Tigl Crown <Magician> +7, Littlesharin +7, Littlesharin Legs <Magician> +7, Tigl Arms <Magician> +7, Managale +7
Cumulative Playtime: 150D 2H 12M

Q: It's been days since I've posted and I haven't received my prize why is it taking too long?
A: There's 3 explanation for this:
    1. Your entry format is invalid and has been deleted. Be sure to follow the proper format when posting on the designated thread.
    2. You've posted on the wrong thread.
    3. Prize will be inserted every Thursday after the maintenance.

Q: When is the deadline of submission?
A: Deadline for submission of entries is on August 31, 2012. Those who will post after the deadline will be deemed invalid.
