X-trap errors solution: 1. 02-0300-00000000-608This problem occurred while elevating account permission on the Windows Vista or Windows 7.
so player needs to change their UAC(User Access Control) settings or do temporary setting like below:
A. Explorer the game client folder(usually it’s on C:\Program Files\Gameclub\Genghis Khan\).
B. Choose ‘launcher.exe’ file and go properties with mouse right click.
C. Choose ‘Compatibility’ tab.
D. Check ‘Run this program as an administrator’ and click OK button.
E. Explorer game folder in the game client(usually it’s on C:\Program Files\Gameclub\Genghis Khan\).
F. Choose ‘khan2.exe’ file and go properties with mouse right click.
G. Choose ‘Compatibility’ tab.
H. Check ‘Run this program as an administrator’ and click OK button same as like ‘launcher.exe’.
2. 08-0400-00000000-504This problem occurred cause of anti-virus like ‘bit defender’. The anti-virus quarantines X-trap module as a virus even if it’s not a virus.
Simple means the anti-virus wrong detected X-trap module as a virus. So you need to turn off real-time protection mode while playing GK.
3. 10-0300-800C0008-104This problem occurred by network connection. Most of the error code started ‘10-‘ means failed to download the new X-trap module.
Therefore, you needs to check your internet connection once more if it’s unstable or slow.
Also this error code may occurred while updating X-trap module. So it may be solved with the first guideline(account permission) on Windows Vista or Windows 7.
