Game Errors-Possible Solutions

A. Please check if you meet the system requirements: http://forums.gameclub.ph/index.php?topic=283452
B. Restart your PC.
C. Please make sure you run the game as Administrator.
D. Put Dragona in exception list in your anti-virus and firewall. Restart your PC and run Dragona again.

I. Patch Error



Please perform the ff steps:
1. Uninstall the game then reboot your PC.
2. Install the game to a different directory or folder. Do not choose the default directory or the folder where you previously installed the game.
3. Update the game using the cumulative patch: http://forums.gameclub.ph/index.php?topic=315511.0
4. Launch the game.



This error happens when you copy paste Dragona without installing the game.
You must download and install the client from the website or download links to avoid game error.


Instructions:
1. Delete the Dragona folder.
2. Download and Install Dragona: Dragona-enPH-GameClub-Serv-1.0.20.489-Setup
3. Update the game using the cumulative patch: http://forums.gameclub.ph/index.php?topic=343574.0
4. Launch the game.

Side-By-Side Error



Please follow the ff steps:
1. Open Dragona folder > System folder > vcredist folder
2. Run Install.exe and Select Repair
3. Launch the game

If you still receive the error, please perform these steps:

1. Uninstall all Microsoft Visual C + + entries
2. Restart the computer.

3. Go to the links below and then install Microsoft Visual C + + in the order in which links are provided:
Download details:  Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86)
Download details:  Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)
Download details:  Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86)

5. Run Windows Update. Check updates for Microsoft Visual C++ and install them.
4. Restart your PC again and launch Dragona.

Launcher Error



This type of Error happens when Launcher file is missing in your folder.

Instructions:

1. Download this file: Download LauncherInfo.cfg
2. After downloading the file copy and paste it in Dragona folder.
3. Launch Dragona again.

Cannot find 'd3dx9_42.dll'



Please perform these steps:
1. Open Dragona folder > System folder > DirectX folder
2. Locate and run Dxsetup.exe file.
3. Install DirectX.
4. Reboot your PC.
5. Launch the game.

If you still  encounter this problem, you need to download the Direct X: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=8109

Themida Error



This Error is cause by your anti-virus or firewall. You need to turn off your anti-virus or firewall to be able to run Dragona or add all the files/folders of Dragona to your Anti-Virus/Firewall exclusion list. Then run the launcher again.


If error still occurs, please perform the ff steps:
1. Download these two files: Dragona Exe and Dragona Launcher
2. Paste it in your Dragona folder and overwrite the two files (Dragona.exe and Dragona Launcher).
3. Launch the game again.

If the problem persists, please do the ff:
1. Open Dragona folder > System folder > vcredist folder
2. Run Install.exe and Select Repair
3. Launch the game

Graphic Error





This kind of error usually happens when there’s a problem in your video card or your video card doesn’t meet the requirements for Dragona.

To set the video options to the lowest setting before launching the game, please perform the ff steps:

1. Download this file: http://www.mediafire.com/?pc1xn8i4kli4uwz
2. Open Dragona folder > Data folder > Config folder
3. Copy and paste the downloaded file in the Config folder.
4. Launch the game.

If you are experiencing black or white squares in your screens, you need to upgrade your Graphic Driver.

Download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's site:
Nvidia Drivers - http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
Ati/Radeon Drivers - http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

For laptop users, please check your laptop's manufacturer site for the latest drivers.

Try It Again Later/Failed to Download




If you are experiencing this problem:

1. Open Internet explorer
2. Go to Internet Options
3. On the Connections tab, click on lan settings
4. Uncheck Proxy server
5. Click OK and apply.
6. Launch the game.

1. Open Internet explorer
2. Go to File (ALT + F)
3. Uncheck Work Offline
4. Launch the game
