Check if you meet the System Requirements:



Restart your PC and run iDate again.

1. Uninstall Gameclub Launcher
  • For Windows XP:
               Click Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Select GameClub Launcher > Remove
  • For Vista and Windows 7:
               Click Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a Program > Select GameClub Launcher > Uninstall
2. Download this file: Gameclub Launcher
3. Run the file you just downloaded and install the launcher.
4. Launch the game.

CKI read failed.(999999)
1. Uninstall Gameclub Launcher
  • For Windows XP:
               Click Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Select GameClub Launcher > Remove

2. Download this file: Gameclub Launcher
3. Run the file you just downloaded and install the launcher.
4. Launch the game.

Failed to Global.cki download
- Your internet went down or you have a weak/slow connection.
- An application is blocking the launcher from connecting to the Internet

1. Make sure your internet connection is stable.
2. Include iDate to the exception list of your firewall and antivirus or temporarily disable both before launching the game.
3. Open your internet browser. Click, File on the Menu Bar. Then, uncheck Work Offline

If you are still receiving the error, please perform the ff steps:
1. Download this file: Gameclub Launcher
2. Uninstall Gameclub Launcher
  • For Windows XP:
               Click Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Select GameClub Launcher > Remove
  • For Vista and Windows 7:
               Click Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a Program > Select GameClub Launcher > Uninstall
3. Run the file you just downloaded and install the launcher.
4. Launch the game.

Download the following file: iDate.exe
Copy and paste iDate.exe file in the iDate folder.

Copy the d3dx9_32.dll inside iDate's folder or download this file: http://www.mediafire.com/?3otemmrhukz
and paste it in  C:\Windows\System32 folder.
If that didn't work, re-install DirectX.

Network Unstable. Game Shutdown
1. Check if there's any on-going server related news - server maintenance or server issues/crash
2. After immediately receiving this error, check if you're connected to the Internet.
    If not, you might want to restart your modem or contact your isp support team for assistance.
3. Update your anti-virus and perform a full scan on your PC.
4. Include iDate to the exception list of your firewall and antivirus or temporarily disable both

Make sure your video card meets the requirements for the game.
Reinstall or update the drivers of your video card.

For laptops: Please proceed to your laptop's manufacturer site for the driver download

Unable to launch the game/Login Screen does not appear after clicking Game Start   
If you are using Vista or Windows 7, please refer to this link: [READ] For Vista and Windows 7 Users
A. Restart your PC then temporarily disable your antivirus software and firewall. Launch the game.

B. If the game still won't launch, try the steps below:
1. Open your Task Manager (Right-click on the task bar on your desktop then select Task Manager)
2. Run iDate.
3. Check under Processes on the Task Manager if there are 1 or 2 iDate.exe running on the background.
4. Select idate.exe or both and click on the End Process button.
5. Launch the game again.

Xtrap Errors   
Xtrap Errors usually occur when it is in conflict with the other programs running in the background.   
If you encounter xtrap errors, please take a screenshot of the error and make a new topic.   
We will compile every error you submit and try to post a possible fix here.   
   
You may also try the steps below:
1. Delete the xtrap folder. Once you've deleted the folder, the game will automatically download xtrap upon game launch.   
2. Update your anti-virus software and perform a full virus scan on your PC.
3. Temporarily disable your firewall and anti-virus before launching the game.

This Xtrap Errors usually occurs when it is in conflict with the other programs running in the background or your pc have virus.
 - Full scan your pc before running iDate

 - Delete your xtrap folder in your idate folder.
 - Then, run your iDate Launcher
 - Let your Xtrap automatically update.

2. Go to C:\Program Files\GameClub\Philippines\iDate and delete iDate folder.
3. Reboot your PC
4. Download and Install the game using our latest installer: iDate Installer
5. Download and Update the game using the: iDate_Manual_131216 - Christmas All the Way Patch
6. Launch the game.
