Greetings Players!
GameClub Support is now online!

What is GameClub Suppport?  GameClub Support is a centralized Support center for all GameClub games such as SpecialForce online, TwelveSky2, CrossFire, Weapons of War, iDATE, and other GameClub products and services.

You may send an email to support@gameclub.ph for the following issues:

1. Account Retrieval (lost password, hacked account, etc.)
2. Technical Issues (all GameClub games)
3. Top Up / e-PIN inquiries and concerns
4. Player Suggestions/Feedbacks/Complaints
5. i-Cafe Inquiries (concerns for Sales and Distribution Team)

How to send your Report using your yahoo mail?
For hacked account, lost password, Password Reset Request and hacked item retrieval


1. Sign in to your yahoo mail.


2. Click yahoo mail


3. Click new > email message



4. Type the email address of Gameclub Support and input proper Subject on your email so we can address it properly. Write your account information. Send the following information to support@gameclub.ph

GameClub Support hours are from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 in the morning to 7:00 in the evening.


If you did not receive any email from them for more than a week. contact us for follow up cases. kindly pm the Ts2 GMs here in forums.
