Greetings Players!
GameClub Support is now online!

What is GameClub Suppport?  GameClub Support is a centralized Support center for all GameClub games such as SpecialForce online, TwelveSky2, CrossFire, Weapons of War, iDATE, and other GameClub products and services.

You may send an email to support@gameclub.ph for the following issues:

1. Account Retrieval (lost password, hacked account, etc.)
2. Technical Issues (all GameClub games)
3. Top Up / e-PIN inquiries and concerns
4. Player Suggestions/Feedbacks/Complaints
5. i-Cafe Inquiries (concerns for Sales and Distribution Team)

How to send your Report using your yahoo mail?
For hacked account, lost password, Password Reset Request and hacked item retrieval


1. Sign in to your yahoo mail.


2. Click yahoo mail


3. Click new > email message



4. Type the email address of Gameclub Support and input proper Subject on your email so we can address it properly. Write your account information. Send the following information to support@gameclub.ph

Note: Please use your Registered Email address for sending reports to support@gameclub.ph
GameClub Support hours are from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 in the morning to 7:00 in the evening.


If you did not receive any email from them for more than a week. contact us for follow up cases. kindly pm the Ts2 GMs here in forums.

gm 3 times na po ako nag report eh wala paring rply,wag nyong sabihin mag rererereport nanaman ako?
wag na sa inyo na ang price ko na god mount, gm class at gm freya sana naman maalala nyo ako po yong nakipag usap sa mga 12sky2 players para pumayag nalng sila sa gusto nyo na wag nalng ipagpatuloy ang laro kc nga ma lag maxado ang system nyo tapos ganito ako pa ang hindi makakatanggap ng price?
pati ba naman ang mga players lolokohin ninyo? oh come on...make up ur mind gm's simply maxado ang prolma ko sana naman mabasa nyo e2.

GM...pano ba ma claim ang price nyo sa account na matagal na di na log in starting january to august....meron kasi ako account na qualify don...kaso ang sabi nyo...participants can claim their price upon log in .....ehh kaso pag log in ko wla man lng kahit 1m ... ano naman to GM...
pls....rep regarding to this issue..

GM, maraming beses na ko nag email sa support at nag send ng message sa mga gm's tungkol dun sa na-hack kong account sa sf pero walang reply , ganun pa man nag send ulit ako ng message sa support kanina sana may response na.... :Smiley
