So, una sa lahat this is regarding sa other account ko na nahack with user: nemesis1698

I am very upset, frustrated, disappointed etc. sa management and especially sa inyong poor customer support reps. You won't believe it, paulit-ulit nlng ako nag re-request ng account retrieval kase palaging nakukuha ng hacker yung account ko. They can't figure out why it keeps on happening at nagtataka rin ako kung paano. Imagine, over twenty times (20x) ako pabalik balik sa support para ma reset ang password. Yes! More than 20 times! Hilarious... Ridiculous, diba? Over a year na ang issue kong ito and up until now ganun parin ang sitwasyon. Sino ba hindi magagalit, madidis-appoint sa situation ko? May mga expensive items ako sa account na yun (4 VIPs & lottos) at malaki na rin ang rank kaya naman pinagka-interesan.

To all GMs, I decided to give up on that account last week and I requested to get my account deactivated or permanently ban rather than someone ang makinabang sa pinaghirapan ko. Please process and confirm this request kase masakit sa part ko na iba ang makinagang sa pinaghirapan ko. Kahit sana man lng yan ay ma grant niyo kase parang wla na talagang solution itong problema ko sa inyo! Eto ang latest open na ticket sa case ng account kung iyon: 458849

Sya nga pala, habang nawala sa akin ang account ko nag create ako ng bago (user: reekenzy1698) at ginastosan ko na naman (3 VIPs & lottos). Despite sa mga bad experience ko sa inyo I remained loyal and continued to play. That is how I love this game at sana naman this time you'll care.

PS: Your Support Team is useless now. They can't help with this issue kaya pumunta nlng ako dito so please wag niyo na akong pabalikin pa dun.

Regarding sa issue mo, make sure mo na new email ang ginagamit mo pag ka retrieve mo, dont ever put back your old email kasi uso info hack.

Not sure what you mean. Are you referring about Authenticate e-mail sa My Info section? If so, ilang beses ko na rin na try yan. Or you mean change the registered e-mail for my account?

Ilang beses na ako pabalik balik sa support nila pero reset lng ata kaya nila, ewan ko ba kung bakit napaka incompetent nila eh ang active naman when it comes to selling new items. Sabi pa they will investigate, eh wla namang resulta. Sabi ko nga sa kanila kung hindi nila kaya e.resolba itong issue ko eh sana man lang ma deactivate or ma ban nlng nila ang account ko kesa naman iba ang makinabang. Nireplyan ba naman ako na hindi nila magagawa iyon at tanging GM lng ang makaka unblock or unbanned if proven not guilty which I understand but hell I wasn't asking them to unban or unblock my account. I summarized the issue para ma intindihan nila na hindi ako nagre-request na magpa unban pero yun pa rin ang reply. Ang tagal nilang mag reply tapos iyon pa rin ang isasagot sa akin? They clearly don't pay attention to my issue kaya wlang resolution na maayos.
