Up for this post, may mga nag-post nyan about that I don't know if there's a sign that they will implement this.

PS (edit): hindi kasi sila basta basta nagrereply dyan sa email kapag hindi pa kayo nakapag-inform sa zendesk, so hindi yan confirmed, which is not true (in short, F.A.K.E!).

only problem is lose phone, lose acc, so don't lose phone i guess. 2 step verification sa phone ok ra pero dunno if Gameclub has the know how to even implement this. complicated. as long as wala mandatory like everyone needs a phone cause not everyone has a phone / wants a phone

^ this, mas mabuti pa ba kung sa Gmail or Yahoo mail i sesend yung security code? just in case if you lose your phone.

wag na wag po kayong maniniwala duon sa post na yun i ask recently zendesk and they told me that it was fake or which is not true

ramdam ko walang pake ang mga gm at fm dito sa mga hinaing natin tinitignan lang nila march 20 na receive ko ang password at march 22 na hack ang account ko pero sa laptop lang naman ako nag lalaro at bago pa po mang yari yan ganyan din nang yari sakin ng november 2018 nireklamo ko kasi may nakakaalam ng user and email address ko pinapa investigate ko sa zendesk at ang sabi nila na breach daw account ko paano yun? at kapag nag reply pa daw ako ng nag reply o ipapa investigate ko about sa account ko puro salita nila sakin na dadagdagan nila ang days ng retrieval ko kapag hindi pa daw ako tumigil sa kakareply which means nag babanta sila kahapon kinumpronta ko sila na anong nang yari sa laptop lang naman ako nag lalaro so napaka imposible ng sasabihin nila na kapabayaan ko nanaman daw yun ngayon inaantay ko na lang reply nila regarding with this

Yep, that's fake. Tsaka may mga hindi na mabuksan ang kanilang mga account dahil dito. At kapag may nag-send sa inyo ng ganyan, please do not give/enter your information to that fake support/zendesk.
