I was browsing about this, and finally got it! Thanks to the one who make this!

[♥ -iFreak- ♥]

first: press "ctrl n" to make a new file
then change the pixel to the required siggy pixel

for example: 350x 150 pixel then press ok




this will be the outcome
and then click "zoom tool" to make your siggy bigger to look at
(click the paper)




to add background color:
click "brush tool" and select what color you like
ex: black




cover all the  white portion... this will be the outcome:




open a picture you want to crop
and then click "polygonal lasso tool"




trace the side of the picture you want to crop




if done, click "move tool"




and drag the picture to ur siggy paper




as you can see the image is too big
press "ctrl t" to adjust the image into you desired size




see the unwanted white color at the side?




to take this off:
click the "blur tool" and erase the unwanted marks




to add designs:
click "custom shape tool",
click the small arrow at the upper right of the shape tool and choose all




i chose zigzag design




to add words:
click the "T" icon or the "horizontal type tool"
choose your desired font and font size




to add some colors:
click the "brush tool" again
and select colors found in the right side "swatches"
and don't forget to click the background layer
